KULLANIM KOŞULLARI

1. GENEL HÜKÜMLER

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Gider Takibi mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama", "Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Eğer bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. HİZMET TANIMI

Gider Takibi, bireyler, ekipler ve şirketler için gider yönetimi ve takibi sağlayan bir SaaS (Software as a Service) platformudur. Hizmet aşağıdaki özellikleri içerir:

• Gider kaydı oluşturma ve yönetme
• Fiş ve fatura fotoğraflarını yükleme ve saklama
• OCR (Optik Karakter Tanıma) ile belge analizi
• Grup oluşturma ve çoklu kullanıcı yönetimi
• Gider onay süreçleri (yönetici onayı, ödeme takibi)
• Raporlama ve Excel export özellikleri
• Push bildirimleri ve gerçek zamanlı senkronizasyon

3. HESAP OLUŞTURMA VE GÜVENLİK

3.1. Hesap Gereksinimleri

Uygulamayı kullanmak için aşağıdaki yöntemlerden biriyle hesap oluşturmanız gerekir:

• Google hesabı ile giriş
• Apple hesabı ile giriş
• SMS OTP (Tek Kullanımlık Şifre) ile telefon doğrulama

3.2. Hesap Güvenliği

Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Aşağıdaki kurallara uymalısınız:

• Hesap bilgilerinizi başkalarıyla paylaşmayın
• Hesabınızda yetkisiz erişim fark ederseniz derhal bize bildirin
• Cihazınızı güvenli tutun ve güncel tutun
• Hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz

3.3. Yaş Sınırı

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. 18 yaşından küçükseniz, ebeveyn veya vasinizin izniyle Uygulamayı kullanabilirsiniz.

4. KULLANICI SORUMLULUKLARI

4.1. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymalısınız:

• Yalnızca yasal amaçlar için kullanın
• Doğru ve güncel bilgiler sağlayın
• Sahte, yanıltıcı veya hileli gider kayıtları oluşturmayın
• Başkalarının hesaplarına yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmayın
• Uygulamanın güvenliğini veya bütünlüğünü tehlikeye atmayın
• Spam, kötü amaçlı yazılım veya zararlı içerik yüklemeyin
• Diğer kullanıcıların haklarını ihlal etmeyin

4.2. Gider Kayıtları

Gider kayıtlarınızın doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz:

• Girdiğiniz tutar, tarih ve açıklamaların doğru olduğundan emin olun
• Yüklediğiniz fiş ve faturaların okunabilir ve gerçek olduğundan emin olun
• Mükerrer (duplicate) gider kayıtlarından kaçının
• Gider kayıtlarınızı düzenli olarak kontrol edin

4.3. Grup Yönetimi

Bir grubun yöneticisiyseniz, aşağıdaki sorumluluklarınız vardır:

• Grup üyelerini doğru şekilde yönetmek
• Gider onay süreçlerini zamanında tamamlamak
• Grup ayarlarını uygun şekilde yapılandırmak
• Davet kodlarını güvenli bir şekilde paylaşmak
• Yetkisiz üyeleri gruptan çıkarmak

5. FİKRİ MÜLKİYET HAKLARI

5.1. Uygulama Hakları

Gider Takibi uygulaması, tasarımı, logosu, içeriği ve tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Gider Takibi'ne aittir. Bu Koşullar size Uygulamayı kullanma hakkı verir, ancak Uygulamanın mülkiyetini devretmez.

5.2. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Uygulamaya yüklediğiniz içerikler (gider kayıtları, fotoğraflar, notlar) size aittir. Ancak, Hizmeti sağlamak için bu içerikleri kullanma, saklama ve işleme hakkını bize vermiş olursunuz. Bu hak, hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer.

5.3. Geri Bildirim

Uygulama hakkında bize geri bildirim, öneri veya fikir verirseniz, bu bilgileri herhangi bir yükümlülük olmaksızın kullanma hakkına sahibiz.

6. HİZMET KULLANIMI VE SINIRLAMALAR

6.1. Hizmet Kullanılabilirliği

Hizmeti kesintisiz ve hatasız sağlamak için çaba gösteririz, ancak aşağıdaki durumları garanti edemeyiz:

• Hizmetin her zaman kullanılabilir olması
• Hizmetin hatasız çalışması
• Bakım, güncelleme veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle kesintiler yaşanmaması

6.2. Hizmet Değişiklikleri

Aşağıdaki haklara sahibiz:

• Uygulamayı güncelleme, değiştirme veya durdurma
• Yeni özellikler ekleme veya mevcut özellikleri kaldırma
• Kullanım limitleri veya kısıtlamalar getirme
• Fiyatlandırma modelini değiştirme (önceden bildirimle)

6.3. Hesap Askıya Alma ve Sonlandırma

Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz:

• Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz
• Hileli veya yasadışı faaliyetlerde bulunmanız
• Diğer kullanıcılara zarar vermeniz
• Uzun süre hesabınızı kullanmamanız (180 gün inaktif)
• Yasal bir zorunluluk olması

7. ÖDEME VE ABONELIK (Gelecek Özellik)

Şu anda Gider Takibi ücretsiz olarak sunulmaktadır. Gelecekte ücretli abonelik planları sunulması durumunda:

• Fiyatlandırma ve ödeme koşulları önceden bildirilecektir
• Mevcut kullanıcılar için geçiş süreci tanımlanacaktır
• İptal ve iade politikaları açıkça belirtilecektir

8. SORUMLULUK SINIRLAMALARI

8.1. Hizmet "Olduğu Gibi" Sunulur

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Aşağıdaki konularda garanti vermeyiz:

• Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışması
• Hizmetin belirli bir amaca uygunluğu
• Veri kaybı yaşanmaması
• Güvenlik açıklarının olmaması

8.2. Sorumluluk Reddi

Aşağıdaki durumlardan sorumlu değiliz:

• Kullanıcı hatalarından kaynaklanan veri kayıpları
• Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (Google, Apple, Supabase) kesintileri
• İnternet bağlantısı sorunları
• Cihaz uyumsuzlukları veya teknik sorunlar
• Kullanıcılar arasındaki anlaşmazlıklar
• Yanlış veya eksik gider kayıtlarından doğan mali sorunlar

8.3. Tazminat Sınırı

Yasal olarak izin verilen azami ölçüde, Gider Takibi'nin toplam sorumluluğu, Hizmeti kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir talep için son 12 ayda ödediğiniz ücretle (varsa) sınırlıdır.

9. GİZLİLİK

Kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığı, kullanıldığı ve korunduğu hakkında detaylı bilgi için lütfen Gizlilik Politikamızı okuyun. Uygulamayı kullanarak Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

10. ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF HİZMETLER

Uygulama, üçüncü taraf hizmetlere bağlantılar veya entegrasyonlar içerebilir:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Supabase (veritabanı ve kimlik doğrulama)
• Cloud AI servisleri (OCR analizi)

Bu üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kullanımı, kendi kullanım koşulları ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Bu hizmetlerin içeriği veya uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.

11. UYUŞMAZLIK ÇÖZÜMÜ

11.1. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanır.

11.2. Yargı Yetkisi

Bu Koşullardan kaynaklanan herhangi bir uyuşmazlık, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri'nin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabidir.

11.3. Arabuluculuk

Yasal işlem başlatmadan önce, uyuşmazlıkları dostane bir şekilde çözmeye çalışacağız. Lütfen önce bizimle iletişime geçin.

12. GENEL HÜKÜMLER

12.1. Koşulların Değiştirilmesi

Bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikler olduğunda:

• Uygulama içi bildirim göndereceğiz
• E-posta ile bilgilendireceğiz (varsa)
• Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır

Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam ederseniz, yeni Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

12.2. Devir

Bu Koşullar kapsamındaki hak ve yükümlülüklerinizi başkasına devredemezsiniz. Biz ise bu Koşulları herhangi bir üçüncü tarafa devredebiliriz.

12.3. Bölünebilirlik

Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmü geçersiz veya uygulanamaz bulunursa, diğer hükümler tam olarak yürürlükte kalır.

12.4. Feragat

Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmünü uygulamamız, o hükümden feragat ettiğimiz anlamına gelmez.

12.5. Tam Anlaşma

Bu Koşullar ve Gizlilik Politikası, Hizmetin kullanımına ilişkin taraflar arasındaki tam anlaşmayı oluşturur.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Expense Tracker mobile application ("Application", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Expense Tracker is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides expense management and tracking for individuals, teams, and companies. The Service includes the following features:

• Creating and managing expense records
• Uploading and storing receipt and invoice photos
• OCR (Optical Character Recognition) document analysis
• Group creation and multi-user management
• Expense approval processes (manager approval, payment tracking)
• Reporting and Excel export features
• Push notifications and real-time synchronization

3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

3.1. Account Requirements

To use the Application, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• Sign in with Google account
• Sign in with Apple account
• Phone verification with SMS OTP (One-Time Password)

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must comply with the following rules:

• Do not share your account information with others
• Immediately notify us if you notice unauthorized access to your account
• Keep your device secure and up to date
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account

3.3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you may use the Application with the permission of your parent or guardian.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. Acceptable Use

When using the Application, you must comply with the following rules:

• Use only for legal purposes
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Do not create fake, misleading, or fraudulent expense records
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to others' accounts
• Do not compromise the security or integrity of the Application
• Do not upload spam, malware, or harmful content
• Do not violate the rights of other users

4.2. Expense Records

You are responsible for the accuracy of your expense records:

• Ensure that the amounts, dates, and descriptions you enter are correct
• Ensure that the receipts and invoices you upload are readable and genuine
• Avoid duplicate expense records
• Regularly check your expense records

4.3. Group Management

If you are an administrator of a group, you have the following responsibilities:

• Properly manage group members
• Complete expense approval processes in a timely manner
• Configure group settings appropriately
• Share invite codes securely
• Remove unauthorized members from the group

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1. Application Rights

The Expense Tracker application, its design, logo, content, and all intellectual property rights belong to Expense Tracker. These Terms grant you the right to use the Application but do not transfer ownership of the Application.

5.2. User Content

The content you upload to the Application (expense records, photos, notes) belongs to you. However, you grant us the right to use, store, and process this content to provide the Service. This right terminates when you delete your account.

5.3. Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Application, we have the right to use this information without any obligation.

6. SERVICE USE AND LIMITATIONS

6.1. Service Availability

We strive to provide the Service without interruption and errors, but we cannot guarantee the following:

• The Service will always be available
• The Service will operate without errors
• There will be no interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues

6.2. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the Application
• Add new features or remove existing features
• Impose usage limits or restrictions
• Change the pricing model (with prior notice)

6.3. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You harm other users
• You do not use your account for an extended period (180 days inactive)
• There is a legal requirement

7. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION (Future Feature)

Expense Tracker is currently offered free of charge. If paid subscription plans are offered in the future:

• Pricing and payment terms will be announced in advance
• A transition process for existing users will be defined
• Cancellation and refund policies will be clearly stated

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant the following:

• The Service will operate without interruption or errors
• The Service is suitable for a particular purpose
• There will be no data loss
• There are no security vulnerabilities

8.2. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the following:

• Data loss due to user errors
• Interruptions of third-party services (Google, Apple, Supabase)
• Internet connection issues
• Device incompatibilities or technical issues
• Disputes between users
• Financial issues arising from incorrect or incomplete expense records

8.3. Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expense Tracker's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

9. PRIVACY

For detailed information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected, please read our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application may contain links or integrations to third-party services:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Cloud AI services (OCR analysis)

The use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

11.2. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of the Republic of Turkey.

11.3. Mediation

Before initiating legal proceedings, we will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact us first.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes occur:

• We will send an in-app notification
• We will notify you by email (if available)
• Changes will be published on this page

If you continue to use the Application after the changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new Terms.

12.2. Assignment

You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We may assign these Terms to any third party.

12.3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in full force and effect.

12.4. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12.5. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Service.
